  • 1.3.5.Autocomplete does not work as intended
  • Google Captcha is not something that can be changed therefore meaning it is an issue that cannot be amended. However, this does not affect user journeys and the overall navigability of the website

  • 2.1.1 Keyboard
  • There is an instance where scrollable elements are not keyboard accessible. The user journeys are not affected due to this however, it is something due to be fixed on TBD

  • There is a link without an alternative text on the portal or a given context.

  • 2.5.3 Visible label and accessible name do not match
  • There is an instance where the visible label and accessible name do not match.

  • 4.1.1. Parsing
  • The success criterion pertaining to “4.1.1. Parsing” was not conformed to therefore meaning the website fails accessibility in this respect. Reasoning for this is primarily because of the forms not having unique element IDs and a solution for this is due to be implemented on TBC.

  • 4.1.2 Name, Role and Value
  • There were forty one instances where form fields were not labeled on the registration wizards on the website. Furthermore, there were twelve occasions where there were inline frames without a text alternative that had been detected. To fix the forms, a prolonged period of time is required and has been agreed upon as fixing them within this allotted time period of the creation of the website was found to be unfeasible.
