AS THE ENTERPRISE FACILITATOR YOU WILL BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF WBS GROWTH AMBITIONS AND SOCIAL IMPACT.

Enterprise Facilitators recognise that the person, rather than the business idea, is of first and foremost importance. As the Enterprise Facilitator it is your responsibility to directly engage and interact with all WBS current and new members.

Following WBS on-boarding and members support offer, you will be key to its delivery, monitoring and evaluation making any improvements and and adjustments necessary. In addition you will develop and build trusting relationships with local and national stakeholders, community groups, businesses and individuals who want to support WBS’ mission.

Objectives:

• Reach and engage a minimum of 200 women who are looking to start, build and grow a business in Tayside
• Facilitate opportunities that support learning, create connections and build confidence and trust for WBS members and stakeholders
• Support the WBS team to increase membership to 300 by April 2022
• Build and grow relationships with stakeholders, other networks and community organisations across Scotland

Activities will involve:

• Create a network of business relationships to support our community
• Engage and build relationships with the local enterprise Eco-System
• Build relationships and trust with other like minded organisations
• Engage with WBS stakeholders
• Deliver WBS strategic plan
• Be proactive, creative and innovative in developing new ideas, improving procedures, practices and policies

• Work with the WBS team to achieve membership recruitment targets
• Organise, implement and evaluate member 1-2-1's and business support
• Networking in region and nationally to achieve WBS growth targets
• Creating, promoting and building collaborations between stakeholders
• Advocate of women's rights, equal opportunities and equality of opportunity
• Assist in the creation of WBS assets, training programme, events and mentoring
• Be commercially aware and actively look for opportunities to generate revenue, build strategic partnerships and promote WBS mission
